From Innsbruck Tourismus online and at the Innsbruck Information office at Burggraben 3; it activates on first use.
Does the Innsbruck Card include the Nordkette?
Yes, one return trip to Hafelekar, plus one on the Patscherkofel.
Is public transport included in the Innsbruck Card?
Yes: IVB trams and buses, the Sightseer bus and the Swarovski Crystal Worlds shuttle.
Fine print
The card is personal and runs from the first validation in hours, not calendar days, so a 24-hour card started at 14:00 still works the next morning. Each museum admits once; the two cable cars give one return trip each; the Crystal Worlds shuttle is included but seats are first come, first served at the station stop. Children under six travel and enter free without a card. Lost cards are not replaced.
